I went to a chakra cleansing today. This woman played these crystal bowls for 45 minutes for a whole room of us. I totally crashed out but when I woke up, I felt so different. It was so amazing. I�m feeling a little more tired than usual so I�ll be going to bed very soon. But I wanted to make sure to document this experience.
